    AutoTriz Insurance Terms & Conditions

    The AutoTriz Ceramic Coating application covers all manufacturing defects under the warranty. The customers do not need to pay anything for the services due to such issues within the warranty period.

    The AutoTriz insurance is a unique concept in the detailing industry which helps the customers to get cover for all those issues that are not covered in warranty. 

    Below are some of the common issues that are not covered under warranty but can be covered under the insurance: 

    1. Non Maintenance in the washing process
    2. Accidental & physical damages 
    3. Damages due to chemical factors
    4. Dents & heavy deep scratches 
    5. Chips and discoloration

    AutoTriz is the only brand in India offering the most robust insurance coverage for all our ceramic coated vehicles.

    Terms Of AutoTriz Insurance

    • This insurance is between AutoTriz & the Insurance Company so the customers are not directly involved in the insurance paperwork.
    • Customers need to buy this insurance separately as this is not included in the ceramic coating package
    • AutoTriz Insurance cost depends on the Car Category and AutoTriz package of ceramic coating. Below are the prices to buy the insurance (In Indian INR). These prices are for the first year of warranty. The renewal cost for insurance every year will be 50% of the standard cost mentioned in below table. Please note that the GST will be applicable as a standard government rate.

    • After processing payment, insurance needs to be registered by customers only from AutoTriz website by filling the following form. AutoTriz insurance needs to be registered within 7 days of ceramic coating application. 
    • The Approval process will start after the registration. This approval process can take 5-7 days after successful registration.
    • Once the customers register for the AutoTriz Insurance successfully, they would only need to pay for the labour cost for the services required to rectify the issues which are not covered under warranty.
    • For any guidance on insurance, customers need to contact their nearest AutoTriz center.

    Insurance Claim

    • To claim against any issues mentioned above or which are not covered under warranty, customers need to contact the AutoTriz center where they have taken AutoTriz services
    • AutoTriz will check the insurance status and confirm the issues with vehicle inspection 
    • AutoTriz center will contact particular customer and assign the date for service under the insurance
    • Customers only need to pay for the labour charges of any work done under this insurance. If any AutoTriz center demands more charges, then customers can call our HO expert team on +919689226644
    • These labour charges may vary from center to center of AutoTriz and should be agreed by customers before processing any work under insurance

    Services & associated labour charges:

    1. Non-Maintenance In Washing Process

    The issues that occur due to non-maintenance of vehicles in the washing process are covered under AutoTriz insurance. The most common issues are swirl marks, minor scratches & hard water deposits and these issues are not required for repainting of panels. The AutoTriz centers inspect the vehicle and decide the process of maintenance.

    • Services may include like GermFree interior cleaning, foam wash, full car detailing, decontamination of paint surfaces, paint correction, polishing, reapplication of ceramic coating with 9H or booster coating and finally infrared curing
    • Labour cost payable: Rs. 4000 to 6000 

    2. Accidental or Physical Damage

    In accidental or physical damages, one or multiple parts of a ceramic coated vehicle needs to get repainted to rectify the damages. After repainting, the total vehicle remains coated, however for those parts that are repainted, they need to be protected again with multiple layers of ceramic coats. Once the vehicle is done with repainting, the customers can visit AutoTriz center for reapplication of ceramic coating on such repainted parts under the insurance.

    • Services may include like foam wash, decontamination & paint correction of repainted surfaces, polishing, reapplication of ceramic coating with 9H ceramic coating on repainted parts and finally infrared curing
    • Labour cost payable: Rs. 1500 to 2500 per part

    3. Full package repeat policy

    In case of total loss of the current vehicle protected under Autotriz Warranty and handover of a new vehicle by the insurance company, the customer can avail Full Package repeated. Even if the customer wishes to get the coating done again. They can take the advantages of AutoTriz insurance to get their vehicle protected again with a full ceramic coating package.

    • Services may include with all processes included in total package
    • Labour cost payable: Rs. 10,000 to 15,000

    4. Service after warranty period

    Even after the warranty period customers will have one chance reserved for ‘Full package repeat policy’. We at Autotriz want our customers to get the best value for their vehicle, if and  when customers decide to sell or exchange their vehicle. Customers can decide to avail this package one the decision to sell or exchange has been made to get the best value for their exchange or sale of the vehicle. 

    • Services may include all all processes included in total package
    • Labour cost payable: Rs. 10,000 to 15,000
