Application Procedure

All AUTOTRIZ products are applied by Approved Applicators & trained professionals only. Not Suitable for DIY or Home Application.
  1. Wrap the applicator sponge with the white microfiber suede cloth that comes with the box or use applicator of your preference. Microfiber applicators can also be used as a substitute.

  2. Shake well before use. (Accelerator is sink at the bottom)

  3. Get ready with 3 pieces of brand new, lint-free microfiber towel. (It is recommended that new towels to be rinsed or washed with water prior to use to reduce the loosing lint)

  4. When first applying V1 on substrate, it is recommended to condition the surface of the applicator with 7-8 drops to prevent skipping or dry spots.

  5.  It is recommended to do a 1 ft. x 4 ft. area at a time. Do not work on large area at a time.

  6. Apply V1 using normal pressure on applicator. Make sure the area is well covered. Always start from an edge to avoid excess on other panels. Work in controlled areas to remember where you previously applied. Work in horizontal or vertical movements to ensure that product is carried through consistently.

  7. Wait approx. 30 seconds before leveling the product with first towel (If you wipe too late, V1 will become tacky and too hard to even out)

  8. Go immediately over with second microfiber towel with polishing motion until the surface is free from residue.

  9. Follow by the third towel (this is called the “insurance towel”) and go over the surface one extra time just to make sure you haven’t miss any streaks or excess residue just to make sure you haven’t miss any streaks or excess residue.

  10. When the whole car is applied, allow curing of coating to begin. Wait approximately 40-60 minutes before applying a second layer of coating.

  11. Curing can be accelerated by using IR Lamps. Recommended settings for IR lamps are as following

a.Minimum 80cm of distance above the surface.

b. Maximum 80⁰C of surface temperature.

c. Maximum 8 minutes on each panel.
